Drip-feed orders deliver across hours or days as configured. The dashboard shows live status from pending to in-progress to completed.

A portion can drop. TikTok runs periodic supply-side sweeps that remove flagged accounts. Standard tiers see higher drop rates than premium real-account tiers. The 30-day refill warranty on eligible services covers drops during the warranty window; the dashboard refill button restores missing counts from fresh supply at no extra charge. Views, comments, shares and saves are stable metrics (TikTok does not retroactively reduce these counts).

Yes. The Custom Comments service lets you provide the exact phrases the supply will post (10 to 100 specific phrases). The supply randomizes which usernames send which messages across the delivery window. Right for brand campaigns, content threads, and posts where the reply content needs to match the video context. Keep phrases varied (15 to 30 minimum for a 50-comment order) so the thread does not look like the same lines on repeat.

Yes. Geo-targeted services are available for major regions (USA, UK, EU, Brazil, India, MENA, Southeast Asia, Korea). Country-targeted orders cost more per thousand because the matching supply pool is smaller. Useful for region-specific content where the audience-geography distribution should match the video language and target audience.

If an order fails to deliver due to supply-side issues, support tops up the order from the original delivery window or refunds the undelivered portion to your wallet balance. Orders placed on the wrong link or wrong service (user error) are generally non-refundable, double-check the post URL and service selection before placing. Wallet balance is reusable across all TikTok services on the panel.

Yes. The full REST API at /api covers every TikTok service: order placement, status checks, balance queries, bulk operations. Used by marketing agencies managing many client accounts, talent agencies coordinating roster-wide growth, and reseller child panels forwarding orders. Standard rate limits cover most agency volume; higher limits available on request.

Orders that have not started yet (status: Pending) can be canceled from the dashboard; the order quantity refunds to your wallet. Orders already in progress cannot be canceled because supply is mid-delivery, but the order will complete or partially refund if it cannot fully deliver. There are no subscriptions to cancel, only one-time orders.
